3. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients must cancel their booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip to avoid a late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled trip will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
• Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

5. Service Changes

• Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip.
• DD Limousine reserves the right to accept or decline any requested changes based on availability and feasibility.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special requirements.
• Clients must ensure that all passengers comply with local laws and regulations, including seatbelt usage and behavior during the ride.

7. Liability

• DD Limousine is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• DD Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
